Perfect Gluten Free Pancakes

Perfect wholefood gluten free pancakes

 

You will need:

1 cup Summer Hill Pantry All Purpose Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk of your choice
1 egg
1 tbs sugar of your choice (optional)

Instructions:

Combine flour, baking powder and sugar (if using)
Whisk together egg and milk 
Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix to combine
Heat pan over med-high heat, melt 1 tsp butter in pan and cook pancakes 2 – 3 at a time
Top with fruit and honey and a little extra butter

Makes 6 pancakes.
